Horizon Globex Appoints Mark Elenowitz as President
New York, Jan. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Horizon Globex US, LLC, “Globex”, the Security Token Offering “STO” software specialists, is pleased to announce that Mark Elenowitz has joined the Company as President operating out of the firm’s Manhattan office.
A Wall Street veteran with over 25 years’ experience, Mr. Elenowitz co-founded the TriPoint Global Equities, a US broker dealer and is responsible for advising clients on compliance, capital structure and capital markets navigation. Mark was responsible for leading the first successful Reg A+ crowdfunding IPO of a company to list on the NYSE. He has been instrumental in utilizing the JOBS Act to bring back the small cap IPO to Wall Street.
Mr. Elenowitz will lead the Company in helping implement software solutions that conform with Wall Street standards and integrate those solutions with US broker dealers and securities professionals.
