MANY Malaysians, myself included, had great hopes and expectations after 9th May 2018.
Despite being on the losing end, as my party was then part of Barisan Nasional, as a Malaysian I made peace with the changing of guard after the 14th General Election (GE14) because I believed that after 61 years of single party rule, it was a good thing that there was a new party in government.
