Kentucky's Congressional delegation is asking President Joe Biden to approve a federal major disaster declaration.Gov. Andy Beshear requested the aid for communities in 11 counties that were hit by tornadoes and severe weather last month.Some of those counties included Jefferson, Henry, and Oldham.There was a confirmed EF-2 that touched down in Prospect, while an EF-1 touched down in Henry County.The storms injured 22 Kentuckians and one man was killed in a car crash in northern Kentucky.

Kentucky's Congressional delegation is asking President Joe Biden to approve a federal major disaster declaration.
