State economic development chief touts ‘Team Massachusetts’ at Easthampton meeting with LGBT chamber

EASTHAMPTON — Mayrena Guerrero, a licensed mental health counselor, founded Colorful Resilience in 2022 with the ideal of providing mental health care to the oft-underserved Black, Latino and LGBTQ communities.

Today, she has 24 clinicians based in West Springfield and is the 30th-largest LGBT-owned business in the state, but not without the help of business coaching and funding for a website that she got through the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
