Love Island star reveals he’s sold his home to travel the world with co-star fiancée – as they hunt for wedding venue
LOVE Island's Luke Mabbott has revealed that he has sold his house to embark on travelling the world with his co-star fiancee Lucie Donlan.
Luke, 28, who appeared on Love Island in 2019, shared his news with fans on social media.
Standing beside the sold sign outside his house, Luke was in all black as he smiled to the camera.
In one picture he displayed a rather perplexed expression and in another he seemed to be all smiles.
The reality star, who popped the question to Lucy 17 months after confirming his romance, took to Instagram and wrote: "It's been a hard decision but I've sold my first house I bought at 21."
He added: "I've lived here for seven years, renovated and had some special memories here but it's time to start a new chapter of my life."
He then went on to say: "I've built up my business @brotherhood_properties with my brother over that time, which I'm proud of so I feel like now is the perfect time to travel the world with my fiance @lucierosedonaln."
Luke then revealed that their adventure could result in finding a wedding venue or a possible relocation.
But when they get back to the UK the reality TV stars will be staying at Lucie's cottage in Cornwall along with their dog Bunny.
And his fans were quick to praise his confidence to travel the world.
