RP Global has sold the 11MW Louveng wind farm in France to an unnamed German institutional investor.
The project, which is located 50km from Lille in the Nord Pas de Calais region, comprises five Vestas V100 HH75 2.2MW turbines.
It is currently undergoing commissioning.
RP Global will continue to be responsible for the wind park’s operation and maintenance.
The deal is the fourth between the two companies, following the sale of the 49.5MW Enclave project in 2015 that consists of three wind farms.
RP Global expects to start construction of its next wind farm in France at Le Champvoisin in the first quarter of 2018, after a successful crowdfunding campaign.
